Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

1. Overview

Rathcore Digital Marketing ("Rathcore," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to operate essential site functions, analyze traffic, measure ad performance, and improve user experience. This policy explains what we use, why, and how you stay in control.

By using our site, you agree to the practices described here. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies — see the consent banner at the bottom-right of any page.

2. U.S. Data Residency

All cookie data, server logs, and analytics payloads collected through cookies on this website are stored and processed exclusively within the United States. We do not transfer cookie-derived personal information to servers or processors located outside the U.S. This policy applies regardless of where a visitor is physically located — even where a user is in a jurisdiction with cross-border transfer requirements, Rathcore's processing footprint remains inside the U.S.

We choose U.S.-based vendors (or U.S.-region configurations of global vendors) wherever cookie-derived data is processed. Where a global analytics or advertising vendor can technically move data across regions, we configure the account to use U.S. data-residency settings when available.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

We group the cookies on this site into three categories:

  • Essential cookies. Required for the website to function (session state, security tokens, your cookie-consent choice). These cannot be turned off because the site would not work without them. They are stored only as long as needed.
  • Performance / analytics cookies (always on). Captures UTM parameters and referrer data so we always know where leads come from — essential for marketing attribution. Includes Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager. Treated as essential, so it stays on regardless of your consent choice. Anonymized / aggregate only.
  • Marketing / advertising cookies. Used by Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and similar platforms to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. Always opt-in — rejected by default until you accept.

4. Your Choices

You can accept all cookies or reject non-essential cookies from the consent banner. Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage on this device — clearing site data or using a different device/browser will re-prompt you.

  • Accept all: enables advertising/marketing cookies alongside the always-on essential and analytics/UTM cookies.
  • Reject non-essential: blocks advertising personalization cookies only. Analytics / UTM attribution cookies stay on so we always know where a lead came from.

To change your choice later, clear site data in your browser or revisit this page — the banner will re-appear. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies under Settings → Privacy → Cookies.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Third-party vendors set cookies only when you accept non-essential cookies. Their data-handling is governed by their own privacy policies, but Rathcore configures these tools to limit data use to U.S. processing where the vendor supports it. Vendors we currently rely on include:

  • Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager — analytics
  • Google Ads — ad conversion tracking
  • Meta Pixel — ad performance
  • reCAPTCHA — form security (essential, runs without accepting analytics)

6. Compliance With U.S. Privacy Laws

We design our cookie practices to align with U.S. state privacy laws that require notice and choice for non-essential cookies, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by CPRA, Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), and similar state laws. Because Rathcore stores and processes cookie data inside the U.S., no cross-border transfer risks arise.

Most U.S. state privacy laws treat first-party analytics and strictly necessary cookies as outside the definition of "sale" or "share" of personal data. Rathcore does not sell data collected via cookies.

7. SMS / Text Messaging

Phone numbers submitted through our contact form are stored via our U.S.-based CRM (GoHighLevel) for SMS communication only with your consent. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full A2P/SMS compliance details.

8. Retention

Essential cookies expire when your session ends. Analytics cookies are retained according to the vendor's default (typically up to 14 months). Marketing cookies are retained only while your consent is in effect and you re-engage with the relevant platform.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our vendors, tools, or U.S. legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
